Today, Prime Care proudly operates eight strategically located retail outlets and a dedicated wholesale centre, ensuring widespread accessibility to essential medical and wellness products across the Maldives. • Retail & Wholesale Expansion: Expanded to 7 retail outlets, carefully allocated based on population density, accessibility and community healthcare needs. Established a specialised wholesale centre to facilitate bulk procurement, direct imports and cost efficiency.
• Workforce & Operational Efficiency: Grown to 90+ employees, including pharmacists, customer service professionals, sales staff and logistics personnel. Implemented advanced inventory tracking systems, automated procurement processes and real‑time stock monitoring to reduce shortages.
• Warehouse & Distribution: Operating 5 warehouses (four in Malé and one in Hulhumalé) for efficient storage and replenishment. Centralised inventory hub in Malé ensures timely stock allocation, while a dedicated fleet enables swift restocking and home deliveries.
